Last updated: 2026-10-06
By using WhatsCalendar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
WhatsCalendar is a personal assistant that connects WhatsApp messaging with Google Calendar via artificial intelligence. The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to use the WhatsApp account and Google account you connect.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated calendar changes before relying on them.
- You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or automated spam activity.
Calendar actions
When you ask the bot to create, modify, or delete events, those actions are performed on your connected Google Calendar. We are not liable for missed appointments, duplicate events, or incorrect scheduling resulting from miscommunication or AI errors.
Availability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control (including WhatsApp, Google, or hosting outages). We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of WhatsCalendar are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Independent service
WhatsCalendar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or Groq. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
